Job Details:
- Troubleshoot and solve software problems for customers via email, over the phone or even in person.
- Resolve customer questions regarding software products.
- Research the root cause of customer problems and bringing it to the attention of the appropriate department.
- Follow up on open issues and provide customers with instructional documentation, training and other resources to address customer questions and concerns.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and computer networking systems.
- The ability to work well in teams, prioritize tasks and juggle different tasks simultaneously is also helpful in this position . Ensure accurate call comments are entered and appropriate information is provided in escalated calls.
- Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards Approachability and Understanding others. Team Player and willingness to learn
