Job Details:
  • Troubleshoot and solve software problems for customers via email, over the phone or even in person.
  • Resolve customer questions regarding software products.
  • Research the root cause of customer problems and bringing it to the attention of the appropriate department.
  • Follow up on open issues and provide customers with instructional documentation, training and other resources to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and computer networking systems.
  • The ability to work well in teams, prioritize tasks and juggle different tasks simultaneously is also helpful in this position . Ensure accurate call comments are entered and appropriate information is provided in escalated calls.
