- Identify & troubleshoot issues of customers in the adoption of Google Apps and Postini products.
- Helping organizations plan and deploy Google Apps and other cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure periodic communication of status updates to customers on open cases.
- Key Skills : Email Systems, DNS, MX Record, Outlook, Thunderbird, Scripting, Email Solutions.
