-The selected candidate should provide timely responses to client's
questions and concerns over phone and/ or email.
-Need to Provide superior customer
service and training to clients.
-Should provide quick problem solving including, but not limited
to, fixing errors, creating
alternative methods of completing a task, correcting user
errors, and correcting system
inconsistencies.
-The Candidate should provide detailed and accurate cases of all
client contact.
-Should provide assistance to the Product Support Manager and
other departments when
requested.
-The candidate
become exceptionally familiar with Kenexa's products and services.
