 - Qualifications and Experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- 10+2+Diploma (Mandatory).

 Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting & administration of L3 and L4routers and switches.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
- Good exposure / knowledge on BGP.
- Troubleshooting skills on Frame Relay / ATM, ISDN, Leased Line
-Exposure on Tunneling Protocols (IPSEC / GRE)
- Understanding of any ticket driven process.
- Performance Management & Optimization
- Strong in basic security concepts
- Exposure on firewalls Checkpoint or Pix
- Working Knowledge of proxy servers will be added advantage
- Working Knowledge on Load balancers will be added advantage
- Certifications CCSA or SNPA or CCNP And CCNA
- Decent communication skills mandatory
- Willing to work in 24/7 environment.

 Soft Skills:
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication.
Excellent Analytical & Virtual troubleshooting skills.
