The candidate should come under any one of the below educational qualifications:
The candidate should have completed Post Graduate degree in Social Work with
specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a
recognized University/Institution.
Should have completed PG degree/ diploma (2 yrs.duration) in IR & PM/MLS from the
recognized University/Institution.
Should be MBA(Personnel Management/HR/HRD) graduate from the recognized
University/Institution.
Preference will be given to the Law Graduates.
The Age of the candidate applying for this post should be below 30 years (can be relaxed
under Govt.guidelines).
