- Daily counting of stock.
- Meeting daily [individual] target.
- Tracking the target set FTM v/s sale achieved for the month.
- Tracking individual non-conversion reasons.
- Tracking avg ucp per watch sold [target vs achievement].
- Enrolling maximum number of Signet and EMG.
- Performing the additional responsibility given by the store manager/ submitting reports to the store manager on time.
- Coaching the new CROs and helping them in the initial stage of their employment.
- Ensuring that the Grooming standard is maintained.
