Job Description :
-Managing Client expectations and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
-Understand the Software and relate to the Financial World. Provide Solutions to Clients and
-coordination with other company units to formulate the Solutions.
-Build Test Cases/Plans on the modules and functionality in the system.
-Executing test cases on the software build find issues/bugs and report them to development.
-Test submissions from Developers; prepare Service Packs which are periodically given to the clients to update the software which
would also resolve issues/bugs reported by them.
-Fielding Questions and Troubleshooting problems reported by the client.
-Business Analysis on new requirements and coordinate with Tech Leads and Product group.
-Occasional travel to the clients.
-Expected to excel in the role and Lead a group of Junior Analyst over the period of time or promoted to Implementation Team who
act Business consultants to the Clients.
-There are ample opportunities to move into Product Designing Team to harness their knowledge on Financial Engineering.
