– Should have knowledge of computers
– Operational experience in reception, concierge and gust relations

- Proactive attitude to track the dynamic market conditions
– Constant research on the current market trends & competition activities.
– Coordinating with CRS team regarding various queries related to hotel tariffs and inventories.
– Initiate contract agreements and credit arrangements with suppliers.
– Maintaining and building good relationship with travel agents/hotel authorities/suppliers
– Ensuring the delivery of the holiday experience to the agreed Company standards.
– Maintaining accurate records of holidays/travels
– Performs any other duties or responsibilities that the management may assign from time to time.
