Job Details:

  •     Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred. (BCA, B.Tech, MCA, MBA are not eligible)
  •     undergrads not eligible.
  •     6 - 12 months experience in a customer support environment is preferred. Fresher shall also be considered
  •     Financial background preferred
  •     Experience in an internet company, financial institution or transaction processor preferred
  •     Experience using Microsoft Office products
  •     Ability to function in multiple telephone and email queues covering several product lines
  •     Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
  •     Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications
  •     Ability to communicate effectively via telephone by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer
  •     Ability to communicate effectively via email transmission by utilizing proper grammar and punctuation skills
  •     Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
  •     Ability to make discretionary decisions based on research. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
  •     Fluency in English language
  •     Maintain acceptable levels of discretion, teamwork and commitment, endeavoring to exceed expectations in all.
  •     Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals.
