- The client tech support Associate should answer customer calls / inquiries (internal and external) on related issues.
- Need to provide resolution for all the calls by researching and navigating through knowledge base.
- Should identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
Should give proper response in setting realistic customer expectations and meeting or exceeding these expectations.
- Need to verify and investigate into customer's complaints or issues and drive for resolution within specified time frames.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- The candidate should be any graduate with an aggregate of minimum 55% from a recognized university/Institution.
- Should possess good communication skills and verbal ability.
- Undergraduates with 12 months of International BPO experience or with with 18 months of Domestic BPO experience is desirable.
- Should have the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Should be Willing to work in shifts.
