TimesPro Aptitude Test:

Just one part of our admissions process, the Timespro Aptitude (TAP) Test helps us gauge where you are and what you need most to be career ready on the first day of your banking career.
TimesPro Aptitude (TAP) Test

The TimesPro admissions procedure for banking programs includes the TimesPro Aptitude Test at a Test Centre. It is one portion of the entire process, so while it is a test, it is not the only determinant. See the weightage breakdown below.

We work with a leading testing company (NSE.IT) that has a presence in all major cities and towns in India. You must physically appear for the test at the Test Centre communicated to you.

The test ensures that you are prepared for the rigor of our banking course. The results provide complete information on your language, logic, aptitude and numerical abilities. The test report can be used to identify weak areas so you can improve these areas and appear for the test again, if required.

You will be allowed a maximum of 3 attempts for the test and you can reappear for the test only 3 months after an attempt.

The TimesPro Aptitude Test is separated into two parts:

Part 1 (General Aptitude And Psychometric Evaluation)

Part 1 of the TimesPro Aptitude Test is broken down in to 2 sections.

The General Aptitude section tests your analytical, quantitative and verbal ability. The section comprises of 60 questions for 60 marks. It is divided into 5 sections - analytical ability, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, general awareness and quantitative ability. There is a total of 60 minutes for you to attempt this section.

The Psychometric evaluation section analyzes your behavioral traits. The total time available for the test is 90 minutes and the total score for the test is 90 marks. Each question carries a weightage of one mark and there is no negative marking for incorrect or unanswered questions. This section has 30 questions. You will have 30 minutes to complete this section of the exam.

Part 2 (Personal Interview)

The 2nd part of the TimesPro Aptitude test is the Personal Interview. This is conducted at the test centre as soon as the General Aptitude test is complete. Details and breakup of the interview are below.
