-As a Finance Associate in Payroll, the candidate should manage Payroll Process.
-Responsible for Salary payable reconciliation and F&F settlement as a month end activity
-Need to maintain accounting entries pertaining to payroll and ensuring timely payment of statutory dues related to payroll
-Reimbursement of all Employee related payments.
-Need to conduct finance orientation / induction program for new joiners.
-Should implement employee loan policy, and manage employee loan reconciliation.
-Should handle employees payroll related queries and co-ordinate collection of employee investment proofs and related queries.
