• Application Support and Maintenance, meeting the defined SLAs
• Good Team Player
• Communicate well across support teams (Other Application Support Teams)
• Identifying and Documenting root cause analysis
• Provide Status reports as required
• Consult with technical subject matter experts and implement solutions
• Develop complete understanding of applications Supported and Maintained.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve systems and process efficiencies.
• Follow NCR SQA & SCM Processes
Basic Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Core Java, Advanced Java [Servlets, JDBC, JSPs],
Preferred Requirements• Strong teamwork and Ownership skills
• Average to Good Communication skills
